Candy Coated Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp BP
- A pinch of salt
- 1 c milk
- 6 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside
- In a food processor, combine eggs, milk, oil, essence, and sugars. Pour mixture into the bowl
- Mix ingredients until just combined, then divide into greased muffin pan
- Top each muffin batter with mini box of Smarties
- Bake muffins on prehetaed 400 F for 20 minutes
