Breaded Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 600 grams or more turkey breasts, no skin, no bones, cubed to bite sizes
- 1 beaten egg mixed with 1-2 tbsps water
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Hungarian Vegeta seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pepper flakes as wanted
Instructions
- Mix all spices and flour then roll washed cubed turkey breast to coat.
- Roll onto the egg mixture then roll it back to the flour mixture; place
- on a greased or oiled baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until
- turkey is cooked.
- Served with your favorite sauce
