Bolu Kukus Pandan

Ingredients

  • 200 g AP flour
  • A tiny pinch of salt
  • 180 g sugar or 50 g sugar + 130 g erytriol, or 130 g sugar + 50 g erytriol
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp Pandan paste
  • 1/2 tsp emulsifier paste such as Ovalett
  • Chocolate rice sprinkles as needed (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your steamer
  • Mix paste into milk, set to side
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, make a well in center
  • Crack an egg, pour in milk, add in Ovalett
  • Beat until completely combined
  • Pour onto paper cups, sprinkle top with chocolate rice
  • Steam cakes for 20 mins
