Bell Peppers and Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large onion thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 bell peppers rinsed, seeds removed, sliced
  • 2 bags frozen shrimps rinsed (600 g in total)
  • 3 red bird eye chilies
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste

Instructions

  • Saute onion and garlic in butter for 2 mins, on low medium heat, until softened and fragrant, then add in sliced bell peppers. Stir fry for 3-5 mins, until bell peppers softened, covered, stirring occasionally
  • Add in quickly rinsed frozen shrimps. Stir fry for 5-8 mins, until shrimps turn pinkish
  • Stir in red bird eye chilies, then season with sesame oil and chicken bouillon powder
  • Serve immediately with warm rice
