Let’s make the filling 1st by browning the beef. While browning the beef, dilute flour in water in a small bowl, set to side.
Using food processor, chop finely baby carrots and snaps peas, set aside
Slice garlic and onion thinly, and once beef is browned nicely, no more juice and whatnot, stir in sliced garlic and onion, stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then dump in veggies, and again, stir fry for 1-2 minutes
Pour in diluted flour to thickened the beef, take off from heat and let cool to room temperature
Preheat oven to 400 F
Dilute a little flour in enough water
Lay a tortilla on a plate, spoon some filling and brush sides with flour glue, and fold tortilla into triangle. Repeat steps
Brush tortillas with beaten egg, top with grated cheese, and bake for 15 minutes
