Beef Filled Cheesy Tortillas Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lean ground beef
  • A bunch of baby carrots
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 med onion
  • 2 handful sweet snap peas
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 c water
  • Chicken bouillon powder
  • Crushed parsley
  • Sesame oil
  • White pepper powder
  • 1 bag white flour tortilla
  • Grated cheese
  • Green onion coriander
  • 1 egg beaten (could use just the whit,e, just the yolk, or whole)

Instructions

  • Let’s make the filling 1st by browning the beef. While browning the beef, dilute flour in water in a small bowl, set to side.
  • Using food processor, chop finely baby carrots and snaps peas, set aside
  • Slice garlic and onion thinly, and once beef is browned nicely, no more juice and whatnot, stir in sliced garlic and onion, stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then dump in veggies, and again, stir fry for 1-2 minutes
  • Pour in diluted flour to thickened the beef, take off from heat and let cool to room temperature
  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Dilute a little flour in enough water
  • Lay a tortilla on a plate, spoon some filling and brush sides with flour glue, and fold tortilla into triangle. Repeat steps
  • Brush tortillas with beaten egg, top with grated cheese, and bake for 15 minutes
