Beef and Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 can of baked beans in tomato sauce I used Heinz
  • slices of lime optional
  • 3 slices of steaks cut each steaks into 3-4 small slices
  • black peppercorn
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 4 potatoes cut as desired, or sliced not too thick, half boiled, drain
  • 1/2 of 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4-1/2 tbsp of ground white pepper
  • a dash of Hungarian Vegeta seasoning

Instructions

  • Wash the steaks slices, crush roughly the black peppercorn and rub all over the steaks slices.
  • In a baking dish, place the thinly sliced onion on the bottom, follow by the steaks, then half boiled potato.
  • Pour the Hungarian Vegeta seasoning that already dissolved in 1/3 cup of water all over the steaks. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour the whole can of baked beans and ground white pepper. Stir well.
  • Bake in 375 F for 1 hour or until beef cooked through
