Banana Caramel Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tbsp BP
  • A pinch of salt
  • 6 caramels
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c milk
  • 6 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 1 cap vanilla essence

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, until well combined
  • In a food processor, mix banana, vanilla, eggs, milk, sugar, and oil, then pour mixture into dry ingredients, mix until just combined
  • Divide batter and push in caramel on each
  • Bake muffins for 18-20 minutes on preheated 400 F
