1can of Jack MackarelI used Grace
1 1/2cupsboiled cubed potatoesdrain
a dash of Hungarian vegeta seasoning
2tbspof vegetable oil
3-4clovesof garlicthinly sliced
4hot chiliesAsian ones either green or red, thinly sliced
1/2medium onionthinly sliced
1green onionthinly sliced
Instructions
Heat oil a wok, saute all kinds of onion plus the ginger and the chilies
Add in cooked potatoes, stir well, the followed with the Mackarel with its soup. Add in Hungarian vegeta if its needed. Do not stir much after the mackarel is in the wok. Just before turning of the stove, add in the hot sauce and stir a bit.
