- In a microwave safe bowl, pour water, stir in sugar, heat til lukewarm, then crumble in fresh yeast. Pour mixture into breadmachine pot, add in oil 
- Add in flour, oatmeal, salt and cocoa powder, turn on cycle number 9 for dough 
- Meanwhile, mix filling ingredients in a bowl, set to side 
- Take dough out of the breadmachine and weigh between 60-90 grams 
- Flatten each dough, and spoon filling in the center, shape to rounds 
- Let rest for 20 mins, steam for 10 mins
