Bakmi Goreng

Fried Noodle

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 6 garlic
  • 1 bag instant stir fry noodles
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • Light soy sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Oyster sauce to taste
  • Fish sauce to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • MSG if using
  • 1 bag of bokchoy/pakchoy
  • 1 bag beansprouts
  • 1 can mushroom slices
  • A bunch of green onion
  • 700 g beef strips
  • 500 g chicken strips

Instructions

  • Drain mushroom and soak with beansprouts
  • Chop pakchoy and soak in water, separately from beansprouts
  • Thinly slice onion and bruise garlic
  • Boil the noodle for 3 mins, strain
  • Heat at least 2 tbsp peanut oil and stir fry beef and chicken strips, for 5-8 mins, then stir in garlic and onion, until fragrant then stir in pakchoy, cook for a minute or two
  • Add in noodle and seasonings, stir to combine then add in beansprouts and mushroom slices
  • When the flavor is good enough to your liking, stir in green onion and serve 😍
  • So good!
