Agar-Agar Gula Merah

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch agar-agar powder
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 430 ml water
  • 3/4 c to 1 c brown sugar

Instructions

  • Mix agar-agar, water, and brown sugar, bring to boil for 2 mins
  • Mix in coconut milk, boil for another 2 mins
  • Pour into jelly mold, chill until firm
