Salmon & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes skinned, boiled, drained, mashed
  • 1 large onion chopped finely
  • 2 cans salmon drained, skinned and deboned
  • 1 bottle lime juice store-bought
  • lots of pepper flakes
  • lots of ground black pepper
  • lots of piquancy powder from Asian stores
  • Hungarian Vegeta seasoning as needed or just salt or stock powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4-5 cups water
  • 2 tbsp garlic dipping any brands but I used Pizza Pizza, a dipping from Canadian pizza store
  • 1 tbsp homemade shawarma garlic sauce/dipping; store-bought is okay obviously
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 envelope vegetable soup mix

Instructions

  • Place skinned and deboned drained salmon in a bowl and pour the whole bottle of lime to marinate it; leave it in the fridge, covered, for an hour.
  • Combine all ingredients in a pot or pan, bring to a boil.
  • Adjust taste.
  • Serve right away.
