Chicken & Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1-2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 small cans mushroom cream soup
  • Thinly slices carrots as needed 5 carrots at least
  • Cubed potatoes as needed 4 large ones at least
  • Peas frozen, as needed, rinse and drain
  • 1/2 can ready to consume corn
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves or garlic minced
  • Enough water
  • Salt pepper sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Heat non stick pan and brown chicken, drain
  • Place chicken into a pot
  • Add in rest of ingredients, brig to boil
  • Lower heat, adjust spices, cook until veggies tender
  • Add in mushroom soup, stir to combine
  • Adjust flavor then add in corn
  • Cook for another 7 mins
  • Serve hot
