7 Sauces Stir Fry Smokies

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of smokies fully cooked smoked chicken sausage - or sausage/wieners of your choice
  • 1 tin of peaches and cream corn kernels
  • 1/3 c diced onion
  • 5 garlic thinly sliced
  • 3 heaping tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 green onion sliced
  • At least 2 tbsp each of Sriracha chicken liquid base, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Indonesian sweet soy sauce (preferably ABC brand), oyster sauce, ketchup
  • 1/2 - 1 c water
  • Warm rice for serving

Instructions

  • Slice smokies, set aside
  • Melt butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant
  • Stir in smokies, stir fry until browning
  • Season with sauces
  • Pour in water
  • Add in corn, adjust seasoning
  • Stir in sliced green onion
  • Serve immediately
