Duck Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Bebek)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic slice
  • 1/3 c sliced onion
  • 1/3 c sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 c mixed veggies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c diced/cubed roasted duck flavor of your choice
  • Cooked rice enough to make 3-4 serving
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • Ground white pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter, saute onion and garlic, until fragrant
  • Stir in cabbage and veggies
  • Scramble an egg
  • Add in roasted duck, stir
  • Add in water, stir
  • Season, and stir nicely
  • Cook for another 5-8 mins
  • Serve immediately
