Rice and Tuna Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp salted margarine
  • 1 beaten whole egg
  • 1 can tuna 170 g
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of diced mushroom
  • 3/4 cup of milk

Instructions

  • Brush bottom and up side the pie pan with margarine
  • Mix well rice, margarine, and egg
  • Press the mixture on the pie pan
  • Drain the tuna, mix well with the mushroom
  • Spread nicely on the middle of the rice shell
  • In another bowl, mix milk, cheese, salt and pepper, and onion
  • Pour on top of the pan
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes in 350 F
