In food processor, make paste of garlic and onion, add in the ground white pepper
Heat olive oil, fry cubed tofu until golden brown
Add in paste, stir lightly to coat tofu
Add in shrimps, noodle, and the rest of the ingredients; stir well
Cook for another 2-3 minutes; then add in green onion, stir, place on serving plate
Serve immediately, accompanied with sliced cucumber
