Ingredients

  • Omelets per your faved recipe

Sauce

  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp diced onion
  • Sugar salt, vinegar, to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute garlic and onion
  • Pour in tomato soup
  • Season with sugar, salt, vinegar
  • Stir in water as needed
  • Pour sauce onto omelet
