Sayur Bening

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of fresh spinach
  • 3 c of water
  • 2 large carrots
  • 5 grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a small onion thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic thinly sliced
  • Mushroom powder to taste
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil, drop in carrots and tomatoes, boil for 5 mins
  • Add in spinach, garlic, onion
  • Season
