Bakwan Udang (Shrimp Fritters)

Ingredients

  • 1 c bread flour
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder
  • 2 tsp Vegeta powder
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 2 eggs
  • 225 g beansprouts
  • 8 button mushrooms grated
  • 200 g cookes shrimp chopped
  • 5 green onions
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Drop by 1/4 c into preheated vegetable oil (on medium heat)
  • Turning once
