Srikaya Roti Pisang

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 bananas if super large, 1 is enough
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 50 g sugar
  • a pinch of salf
  • 1 1/2 tbsp AP flour
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 c of nut milk

Instructions

  • Brush a small pyrex with a little cooking oil, set aside
  • Preheat your steamers, and wrap the pan lid with clean kitchen towel
  • Slice bread into cubes
  • Slice banana into cubes
  • Mix sliced banana, bread, sugar, flour, cornstarch and milk. Pour mixture into greased pyrex
  • Steam for 20-30 minutes, covered
  • Cool completely at room temperature before slicing
