Ingredients
- 8-10 large carrots grated
- 2 tins Vienna sausage sliced
- 6 large eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic diced
- 1 tbsp each mushroom granules and Vegeta powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Instructions
- Heat oil, saute garlic
- Stir in carrots, cook til soften, 8 mins
- Add in beaten eggs and spices, stir
- Add in sausages
- Serve with warm rice
