Breakfast For Champion

Simple, easy, and yet super packed with good calories.

Ingredients

  • Enough bacon or you can use turkey and/or chicken bacon I think about 4-6 slices; fry until crispy, crumbles
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups grated yellow cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 1/2 - 1 box frozen chopped spinach; defroze twist to strain the water
  • salt pepper, dill, dry mustard, Hungarian Vegeta seasoning (omit if you don't have it); to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 f
  • Grease quiche/pie pan with margarine/butter, lightly
  • Sprinkle grated cheese covering the bottom and sides of the pan
  • Top with crumbled fried bacon followed with spinach
  • Using mixer, combine heavy cream, water, eggs and seasoning; pour mixture onto pie pan
  • Bake for at least 30 minutes
