Thinly slice bitter gourds, paper thin slices, quickly rinsed
Cube tempeh
Quickly rinse shrimps
Saute onion and chilies in butter
Add in bitter gourds and shrimps
Cook until shrimps changing color
Stir in fried garlic
Season with liquid smoke, soy sauce, hot sauce, Vegeta powder
Pour in water, chives and onion plus garlic powder
Serve immediately with warm rice
