Apple Coleslaw


  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 2 apples
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Finely slice/shred cabbage, soak in water for a minute, drain and place in a bowl
  • Finely slice/shred washed apples (with its skin), and mix with 2 tbsp of the lemon juice to prepare discoloring.
  • Finely slice/shred scraped and washed carrots, add into the bowl
  • Add in soaked apples into the bowl and toss all well, adding the last lemon juice, mayo, salt and pepper.
