Fluffy Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil/melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • water as needed
  • 1 whole egg
  • pancake syrup butter flavored

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients; add enough water and milk, batter should not be too thick, nor too liquidly.
  • Heat your pancake griddle or nonstick pan, pour enough batter, cook until golden brown, serve with syrup.
