Cream Cheese Chicken Soup


  • 1 pack of chicken pieces we usually use chicken breast, but this time we used drumsticks, about 12 of them
  • Small onion sliced
  • 2-3 garlic sliced
  • Mushroom buttons as many as you like
  • Baby potatoes as many as you like
  • Canned lentils omit if you dont have nor like. Drained (use 1 can if its small, if large, us 1/4 to 1/2 can)
  • 4 carrots halved
  • Water just enough
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 block 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 chicken knorr
  • Salt pepper to taste I didnt use pepper this time tho, as baby eating with us now


  • Heat oil, fry chicken, turning over now and then until whitened, then add in onion and garlic, cook quickly
  • Add in water, stir
  • Add in potatoes etc and cook until water boils
  • Lower heat to medium and cook until potatoes tender and chicken is cooked through
  • Add in cream cheese, stir to combine then add in knorr and lentils
  • Adjust the taste
