Sweet and Sour Noodle

Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon drain, flake
  • 1 Shirataki noodle drain, rinse, drain
  • 1/2 of medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic sliced thinly
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 sachet Splenda
  • 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • oil as needed
  • toasted sesame seeds as needed

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute onion and garlic
  • Add in vinegar, soy sauce, splenda, ketchup, lemon juice, and salmon, stir well, cook for 2 minutes
  • Add in noddle and green onion, stir and cook for 2 minutes
  • Place on serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds
