Low Carb Konjac Noodle with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 boxes konjac noodles drain, rinse
  • 400 g white button mushrooms
  • 200 g oyster mushrooms
  • Half bag of julienned carrots
  • 1 bag of bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp store bought minced garlic
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp Vegeta powder
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • 4-5 tbsp oyster sauce or to taste

Instructions

  • Stir fry mushrooms with garlic and onion
  • Stir in veggies
  • Stir in noodles
  • Season and mixed completely
  • Serve immediately
