Oven Baked Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c almond milk lukewarm
  • 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 c flour into stand-up mixer with dough hook attachment
  • 6 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/2 tsp allspice powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp vegan margarine

Ganache

  • 1 handful dairy free Choc chips
  • 2 tsp almond milk

Instructions

  • Pour milk into a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and yeast, let bloom
  • Using electric mixer, mix flour and sugar, followed with spices
  • Mix in puree, yeast and margarine
  • Cover with clip wrap, let stand in warm place 30 minutes
  • Roll dough flat and cut with donut cutter
  • Place donuts in warm place for 10-15 minutes
  • Bake in preheated 350F for 25 minutes

Ganache

  • Melt chocolate on double boiler
  • Stir in almond milk
  • Pour ganache into pipping bag
  • Pipe ganache on donuts
  • Enjoy 😊
