Sprinkle 1 tsp active dry yeast onto 180 ml lukewarm milk
Over digital scale, place 1 heaping tbsp of ground black sesame seeds. Add AP flour, and measure until scale shows 250 grams
25 g sugar and a pinch of salt
25 g vegan margarine
Mix dry ingredients, make a well in center, pour in yeast mixture, stir with wooden spoon
Add in margarine, knead
Cover with cling wrap and let stand in warm area until doubled in size
Heat enough cooking oil
Divide dough into 5 portions and shape into doughnuts, fry 3 mins on each side (until golden brown)
Top with your faved. Topping and serve
