Kue Pukis

Indonesian vanilla cakes

Ingredients

  • 200 ml thick lukewarm milk
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 250 g strong bakers flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • A pinch of fine sea salt
  • A pinch of BP
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
  • 6 tsp sunflower oil
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  • Mix yeast into lukewarm coconut milk, let stand until bubble
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour in yeast mixture, let rest covered, 15 mins
  • Brush pan with sunflower oil
  • Cook cake for 8 mins on low-med heat
