marshmallow fondant

Ingredients

  • 1 bag mini marshmallow @ 454 g
  • 1 bag of icing sugar about 750-800 g will be used
  • 2 tbsp water
  • shortening for your hands

Instructions

  • Add water into marshmallow and melt marshmallow in 30 secs interval over microwave, stirring every time. Pour half bag of icing sugar and mix.
  • Dump mixture on working table that already brushed with shortening and the other half of icing sugar.
  • Knead with greased hands until pliable. Let rest over night before using.
