Kentang Bumbu

Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes cut into sticks
  • 1 c flour
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • At least 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta powder
  • Generous pinch of onion powder
  • Generous pinch of celery salt
  • 1 tsp of paprika powder

Instructions

  • Scrub clean your potatoes, wash, pat to dry, cut into fingers/sticks
  • Mix flour and the other spices/powder
  • Coat potato slices with flour mixture
  • Place onto aluminum foil lined tray
  • Bake for 45 mins on preheated 400 F
