Tomato Soup Dinner Buns

Ingredients

  • 1 c condensed tomato soup
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/4 c bread flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 3 tsp coarse Kosher salt
  • 3 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  • Place everything into a bread maker, in the order given
  • Let the bread maker does its magic! - for mixing and proofing
  • Divide dough into portions and shape each into round buns
  • Roll buns into pepitas if you like
  • Let buns rest for 45 mins to 1 H
  • Preheat oven to 350 F, bake for 20 mins
