Spinach Rice Porridge (Bubur Nasi)

Indonesian style congee

Ingredients

  • 1 c rice
  • Water measurement detailed in the video
  • 150 g frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 handful frozen corn kernels
  • 1-2 kafir lime leaf
  • Screwpine leaf pandan
  • 1 large thumb ginger
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • Vegeta powder to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse clean rice, and dump rice into rice cooker bowl
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients
  • Choose porridge option and let the rice cooker does its magic!
