Stir in beef cubes, cook til browning
Add in caraway seeds and bay leaves
Pour water, bring to boil
In a bowl, mix cayenne and paprika, add in water
Pour mixture into cauldron
Add in sliced/cubed potatoes and carrots
Followed with sliced celery and parsley bunch
Bring back to boil, cook until beef and potatoes are tender
Add in more water, as needed
Season with Vegeta powder
Serve
