Peanut Butter Fudge Filled Chocolate


  • 2 Tbs butter unsalted
  • 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups 4 oz miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence


  • Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to full boil. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend.
  • Pour into 8 inch square buttered pan. Cool completely then shape balls
  • Colorful chocolate buttons/chocolate melts/candy melts or regular semisweet, bittersweet bars or even chocolate chips. Whichever you feel like or have in your pantry :)
  • Melt chocolate melts, paint lightly your chocolate mold, freeze for 5 minutes, take out, place fudge balls in the center then pour chocolate to cover it. Freeze again for 10-15 minutes
  • Tap mold lightly to take out chocolates and devour :)
