Ooey Gooey Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 cubes/bars 2 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 c df choc chips
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 8 tbsp egg white
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp BP
  • A pinch coarse Kosher salt

Add-ons

  • 2 handful pecans
  • 1 handful walnut
  • 2 handful mini marshmallows

Topping

  • 1 handful pecan
  • 1 handful walnut

Instructions

  • In microwave, melt butter, choc chips and dark chocolate, in 30 secs intervals
  • Beat egg white, sugar and vanilla essence with your balloon whisk til somewhat foamy
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour melted choc into egg white, fold
  • Add in dry ingredients, mix til just combine
  • Add in chopped pecans and walnuts, followed with marshmallows, fold just to coat (do not overmix)
  • Pour into parchment lined pan
  • Top with pecans and walnuts, bake at preheated 350 F
