Ingredients

  • 8 slices of luncheon meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp mushroom granules
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Beat eggs, stir in a little milk/water
  • Roll luncheon meat in eggs
  • Coat luncheon meat in flour
  • Roll it back to beaten eggs
  • Coat with bread crumbs
  • Fry until golden brown on both sides
