7 different fudge recipes

Ingredients

Peppermint Fudge

  • 3 c chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated!)
  • Peppermint candies or peppermint candy canes crushed

Mocha Fudge

  • 1 can 14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 bag 12 oz choc chips
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules

Coconut Fudge

  • 3 c chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c canned coconut milk mix with 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Toasted desiccated unsweetened coconut

Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 3 c white choc chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c chocolate chip optional, if you'd like to make variation for swirled top such as the one on picture - sometimes I do plain, sometimes I do as pictured - Melted and pour into ziplock bag. Snip the corner.

Salted Chocolate Caramel Fudge

  • 1 can 14 oz Caramel Flavored sweetened condensed milk (if you cannot find it at your store(s), you can make yourself by boiling the whole can of sweetened condensed milk for at least 3 hours, again the whole can, unopened, and must covered by water at all time. This can also be done in crockpot).
  • 18 oz choc chips mixed with a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla essence
  • coarse sea salt and caramel sauce store bought or homemade is fine - optional but will make your fudge prettier ;-)

Two Tone Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

  • 3 c chocolate chips
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Raspberry Layer

  • 1/4 c heavy cream
  • 1/4 c raspberry flavored liqueur any brand
  • 2 c chocolate chips

Jack Daniel's Fudge

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g unsalted butter cubed
  • 1 1/4 c brown sugar firmly packed
  • 2 tbsp glucose syrup
  • 150 g dark chocolate chips
  • 1/ 4 c Jack Daniel's

Instructions

Peppermint Fudge

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray.
  • Melt choc chips and condensed milk in a double boiler over medium heat until fully melted, 5-7 mins, keep stirring until smooth
  • Take off from heat and pour into prepared pan and smooth the surface
  • Sprinkle crushed candies and cool to room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 2 h
  • Cut into 1 inch squares
  • Enjoy :)

Mocha Fudge

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray
  • Mix condensed milk and chocolate chips in a pan, melt completely until smooth over medium heat, stirring often.
  • Take off from heat and stir in coffee granules
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan, smooth the top and chill in the fridge for at least 2 h (until firm)
  • Cut into 1 inch squares
  • Enjoy :)

Coconut Fudge

  • How to toast the coconut: Preheat oven to 350 F and sprinkle desiccated coconut on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 minutes, stir and bake for another 2 mins (until golden brown), cool to room temperature.
  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray
  • Bring to boil coconut milk and coconut oil over medium heat, take off from heat, then stir in chocolate until melted smoothly
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan, smooth the surface, and sprinkle with toasted coconut (this can also be added into the mixture just before pouring if you like).
  • Chill in the fridge for 2 h at least before slicing into 1 inch squares
  • Enjoy :)

Peanut Butter Fudge

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for a minute. Take out and stir. Heat again for a minute, take out and stir. Repeat steps until all ingredients melted and smooth.
  • Pour mixture into pan and smooth the top. Chill for at least 2 h and slice into 1 inch squares.
  • Now for the variation: Once you pour and smooth peanut butter mixture, pipe melted chocolate into lines and using tooth pick/knife/skewers, created swirl texture lightly on the surface. Then chill for 2 h.
  • Enjoy :)

Salted Chocolate Caramel Fudge

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray
  • Place condensed milk, choc and salt into a pan and heat over medium heat until smooth, stirring often
  • Take off from heat and stir in vanilla essence
  • Pour into prepared pan, smooth surface and chill for at least 2 h
  • Slice into 1 inch squares
  • Enjoy :)
  • NOTE: once you smoothed the surface you can sprinkle with coarse sea salt OR you can wait until fudge firm, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coarse salt.

Two Tone Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

  • Combine choc chips with condensed milk and heat in microwave at 30 seconds intervals until melted, stirring each time.
  • Stir in vanilla essence and salt, then spread mixture into prepared pan, smooth surface, let it stand at room temperature
  • Once it's cooled to room temperature, prepare the raspberry layer

Raspberry Layer

  • Combine heavy cream, raspberry liqueur and choc chips and melt it in microwave, at 30 secs intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool down a bit to lukewarm, then pour on top of the first layer
  • Smooth surface and chill for 3 h
  • Cut into 1 inch squares and enjoy~~

Jack Daniel's Fudge

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray
  • Combine milk, butter, sugar and glucose in a pat and heat on medium heat until sugar dissolve, stirring frequently
  • Turn up the heat to medium high and cook for another 10-15 mins, stirring continuously until thickens and change into caramel color, remove from heat
  • Add in chocolate and Jack Daniel's, stir until melted and smooth
  • Pour into prepared pan, smooth surface and let cool to room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 2 h
  • Slice into 1 inch squares and enjoy :)
