Ayam Bakar
grilled chicken
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken pieces
- 5 dried kafir lime leaves crushed
- enough Dutch sweet soy sauce brand is Conimex (available online or major grocery stores) - measurement is enough to cover the chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Masako powder chicken seasoning available online or Asian stores - you can subs with Hungarian Vegeta seasoning or Royco brand, chicken flavored Or just salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl then marinade chicken pieces for 2 H at least
- Fire up your BBQ and grill until well done
