Mash cooked potatoes, no lumps!, set aside
Make roux by heating margarine in medium heat, saute onion until translucent, then add in all purpose flour, mix well, do not get burnt, pour in milk, stir well.
Add in mashed potatoes, stir well, then add in water as needed to make the consistent of soup as desire.
Add in seasoning, pepper, and garlic salt, stir well.
Serve warm with shredded cheese, green onion, paprika, and turkey bacon
