Cream Chicken with Noodle


  • Crockpot


  • Pour 1 c chicken broth and place in 4 washed chicken thighs
  • Drop 2 chicken bouillon
  • Add in 1 kg mixed veggies, if they are frozen, rinse with slightly warm water first
  • Sprinkle with Hungarian Vegeta powder (or bouillon powder/seasoning powder)
  • Cook on high for 5-6 h
  • Open lid and add in 250 g crumbled cream cheese, room temperature
  • Top with 2-3 bags drained tofu Shirataki noodle
  • Sprinkle a little with more Vegeta powder
  • Cook for another 1-2 h
  • Serve warm (I love it with Sriracha sauce)
