Beat until mixed and fluffy butter, sour cream, sugar
Mix soda and vinegar, then pour into butter mixture, beat more
Beat in flour a little at a time until completely mixed
Divide dough into 10 portions, flatten into disk and wrap with cling wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
Roll each dough and line about 9-10 cherries on dough, roll
Place filled dough on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper
Bake on preheated 350 F for 15 mins, then turn sheet around for even baking, and bake for another 5-8 minutes
Take out and cool on room temperature
