Spaghetti with Beer Sauce


  • 1/4 cup corn kernel drain
  • 1-2 tbsp beer barbecue sauce I used Stampede of Presidents Choice
  • 1 small can of Italian style tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • cooked spaghetti
  • a pinch or two of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 kg of lean ground beef
  • 1-2 tbsp cooking oil
  • pepper flakes
  • Hungarian Vegeta seasoning
  • garlic powder


  • Heat the oil, saute the onion until translucent, add in the ground beef, stir well.
  • Add Italian seasoning, Vegeta seasoning, garlic powder, and tomato paste, stir well/cook until beef is well done.
  • Add in corn kernel, pepper flakes and beer barbecue sauce, mix well. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Mix cooked beef with spaghetti and serve warm. If desired, serve with parmesan cheese.
