Nasi Goreng

fried rice


  • 1-2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 plates of cooked rice
  • 1 green onion slice
  • 2 eggs
  • fried onion
  • garlic and shallot slice
  • garlic salt salt and MSG, to taste
  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp hot chili oil


  • Heat the oil, add in the sliced garlic and onion, and one beaten egg, stir well. Add in tuna, stir well.
  • Add in hot chili oil, ketchup, to your desire
  • Place 2 plates of cooked rice into the hot mixture, mix well
  • Add in sweet soy sauce, mix well. Followed by garlic salt, salt and MSG to taste.
  • Place fried rice on a plate, set a side
  • Fried 1 egg as a side food
  • Garnish the fried rice with sliced onion vert and fried onion.
