Tabouli

Ingredients

  • Curly parsley 1/2 of a bunch, as needed
  • Mint leaves 5-7, as needed
  • 4 green onion
  • 1 to mato
  • 1/4 c packed cooked burghul
  • 1/8 c lemon juice
  • 1/8 c olive oil
  • Himalaya salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste

  • Cilantro optional, see the video

Instructions

  • chop/slice veggies and place in a bowl
  • soften bulgur in hot boiling water 2 mins (you can microwave it as well)
  • mix softened bulgur with veggies
  • mix juice and oil, pour into veggies
  • season with salt and pepper
