Lemon Chicken

This dish is perfect to be served with veggie stir-fry and warm rice by the way

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 box of mushroom thinly sliced
  • salted margarine
  • 2 big chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • Hungarian Vegeta Seasoning
  • 1 cm ginger crushed or thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts into 4 pieces, marinade with Hungarian Vegeta seasoning with a little bit of water for 5 minutes
  • Cut lemon and sliced thinly half of it, set aside
  • Heat 2-3 tbsp of salted margarine and brown the chicken breasts. Set aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of salted margarine, saute ginger, mushroom, parsley, onion and lemon slices. Add 1/4 tsp of Hungarian Vegeta and fresh lemon juice from the other half of the lemon. Simmer for 5 minutes and pour over chicken
