Cheesy Baked Potatoes


  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion chopped or thinly sliced
  • 6-7 Potatoes or as needed, peeled, sliced. washed
  • paper flakes
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Hungarian Vegeta Seasoning
  • 2 big pinches of steak seasoning
  • 1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs


  • Preheat oven 350 F
  • From the 6 (or 7) potatoes that you will be baking, reserve the slices from 2 potatoes.
  • Grease baking pan (I used Pyrex here), place potato slices covering the bottom of the pan (from the 2 potatoes reserved)
  • In a bowl, mix the rest ingredients well, add in the rest of the potato slices, mix well.
  • Pour on-top of the placed potato slices on the greased pan. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with aluminium foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover the pan, broil the baked potato for 5-10 more minutes until the cheese golden brown nicely
